Based on my wife's experience, I'd say that if the committee is comprised mostly of able folk, there will be a lot of concern with ADA compliance but absolute cluelessness when it comes to making campus accessible. Example: Ramp that perfectly matches ADA grade requirements. Made of cobblestone.
