Dale is floating at the centre of the picture, seemingly unconscious. A black cube floats above him, casting a shadow over his heart. He is framed by black trees in the foreground and light grey trees in the background, all bare of leaves. The black trees' branches seem as if they're reaching for the cube. The background is heavily textured and a bit blurry, mainly light grey on the top with deeper grey vertical streaks. The grey is much darker at the bottom of the picture. It is also the part where swirls of the yellow colour accent is. It gets lighter around the cube and Dale, the yellow is more concentrated there. It is inspired from the colour of the Lake's depth as seen in the games. There are floating sparks/particles of light to deep yellow.
