Idk what Hasbro is planning to do/have already done with AI for DnD, my only guess is art and writing for the books or some sort of DMless/peerless system, but that's literally what makes DnD a game of DnD. Dungeon Masters work their ASSES off to make a world, and players help bring life to it

Yeah, I played Kids on Bikes and really loved it. Old Gods of Appalachia is really looking at me, as well as a series of more obscure, dmless systems.
There's two modes to answer this: if it's a one-shot, I like three players including the DM, usually playing something DMless. If it's a long-form campaign, I love having 5 including DM: long form campaigns with lots of cross-player narratives are the best~!
