I can give a sorta brief summary. So back before the Inazuma patch, on the southern parts of Dragonspine, there was 3 bottles that drifted there. The theory was it could have been Kazuha who sent those letters to Scaramouche who left Inazuma and hoped to meet him again at Uyuu Restaurant.

Albedo and Lumine are in the Dragonspine encampment in his cavernous laboratory. They are lying on his bedding and he is kissing her body and looking at her as he's sitting up. He notices the scars across her chest.
Albedo responds "Lumine...", she notices him looking at her "Oh... They're /visible/, huh.... My scars..." she looks to the side away from him. Albedo reaches a hand over her face to move her bangs aside and continues speaking "They're beautiful." He raises her left hand and kisses her fingers "From your hands that have saved lives and fought adversaries." He then lowers her legs off his shoulders and kisses her right upper leg "To your legs which have traversed so much of this world and more."
"You look stunning, Lumine." Albedo says as he has lowered his body to now be facing Lumine's lower abdomen. "So let me spoil you for a little bit, alright?" Lumine looks at him full of love and surprise as she is overwhelmed by his actions. She covers her face with her left hand and her right hand rests on top of Albedo's head. "Oh..- Okay.." is all Lumine can say as she's relishing the feeling of Albedo kissing alongside her stomach.

Lumine in the last panel asks "W-Was it really -hic- j-just a prank--?". Albedo is holding her shoulders "Yes, it was. My apologies, Klee and Alice have influenced this behaviour of mine." Lumine is hiccuping. "Please, Lumine. Take deep breaths..."
Albedo is hugging Lumine. "Oh Lumine, please forgive me. I didn't think it would cause you this much distress." Lumine: "-hic- Y-You won't do it again?" Albedo: "I won't, I promise." Lumine: "-hic- A-And it's still you?-hic-" Albedo: It is, please rest assured. It was just a foolish disguise. Timaeus and Paimon are looking at them from a distance and in the last panel they are talking to each other. Paimon: "What do you supposed is going on, Timaeus?" Timaeus: "Who knows? Maybe she's having a mental breakdown caused by prolonged exposure on Dragonspine." Paimon: "Huh...."

Omg same!! Like that's one of the reasons why Fontaine is also one of my favorites, it kind of reminded me of Mondstadt in a way🥺 I also really enjoy exploring Dragonspine like Mondstadt is my favorite tbh, I miss it sm and I also believe that everything will come together in Mondstadt
