NOAA's report on it. SC already has rivers flooding due to winds and Storm Isaac off the coast as well. The prognosis for homes on stilts is not good, it is recommended to drydock boats as water surge can reach 6-15 ft. on the west side of FL. www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/floater...
