Here's the updated model! eq's 5 and 6 require separation of vector and spin, though spin is dependent on vectors. Might rewrite to include vector. eq 11 requires diagonal values sum to eigenvalues or Alexander polynomials, ignoring all other input. eq's 12 and 13 will take some work to verify.
