Alsace Riesling & Gewürztraminer, much German Reisling - there's some real bargains out there which would be twice as much if the label was in French. Most of the white Burgundy I like is special occasion only. Occasionally Sancerre or Condrieu. I'm much more liberal with red but very old world.

J'ai liké vos deux skeets mais...non Mais je comprends nous aussi on a de très bon sirop en Bourgogne. Vous avez le gewurztraminer, on a les sirops de Dijon 😁 Après qd tu bois ça oui, c'est difficile de différencier l'eau du bain Beaujolais du bon vin bourguignon :)

So if you ever do want to drink wines, you’ll probably like a chardonnay, probably also many reislings, moscato, gewürztraminer, maybe sauternes, probably traminette. Stay away from sauvignon blanc & anything with “pinot” or “brut” in the name.
