The nose is light, forest-y (as in sapwood, mossy) with apples. The palate is sweet and gentle, like a grandma hug - lots of love (but sometimes a little sharp!) If I'm honest a bit light and sharp for my taste, but I'm holding on to the very nice nose. The finish is short, but I don't mind. Yay!
