Things that are blatant lies: HAARP was used by the govt/any political group to create Helene. HAARP is capable of affecting worldwide weather. Dems/the left summoned demons who created Helene to destroy GOP-voting areas. Another hurricane just as bad will hit the exact same areas within a week.

how many hundreds of millions of Americans have no idea -- let's be blunt, the presidency is a crisis management job more than anything else -- how that sort of position works? because they have no idea about the professional norms of that sort of job, they can fill in the blanks with themselves.

I think I heard about this secondhand and I think it's not chemtrails but rather HAARP. (Electromagnetic weather control or some shit like that.) Slightly different flavor of dumbass.
