Here's a single hit from the results table. For each SSC row in the left sub-table, there are two linked hemidriver rows in the right sub-table.The hemidriver side includes all the stocks and references (and other information) associated with each individual hemidriver.

On the left, you'll see the SSC hits, with lnks to SSC stocks, and to references that SSC has been used in. On the right you'll see the component hemidrivers, each with its relevant information that you'd see in the single allele version of the results table.

Note that there is now a pair of buttons just above the results, on the top right. The default view shows the original table, displaying only single alleles.

There's a surprise update to the #GAL4etc#QuickSearch#SplitSystemCombination#SplitGAL4#hemidriver#FlyBaseSkeetorial

We've added a new section to our Split System Combination reports with details about each #hemidriver contributing to the combination. The section shows a free text description for each allele, as well as a table listing the encoded driver/tool, and any regulatory region, inserted elements or tags.

We'll be improving these reports in the coming months, including images of expression patterns when available. Of course, the data in the combined reports also still exists on the original individual allele, recombinant construct, and insertion reports

These new combination reports include the FBco identifier, synonyms, the transgenic hemidriver alleles that make up the combination, expression pattern data and links to stocks corresponding to the combination. See flybase.org/reports/FBco...

We've added new report pages for ‘split system combinations’, where two hemidrivers are brought together making functional driver with a restricted expression pattern corresponding to to the intersection of the expression patterns of the hemidrivers. #Split_GAL4#hemidriver#FlyBaseSkeetorial
