I mean I ended the show still not understanding why anyone lets Holden step on their planet/ship/moon/whatever, but otherwise I was totally sucked in.
Dave Bautista fucking owns and is still my admittedly insane pick to play Judge Holden if BLOOD MERIDIAN ever gets adapted (it shouldn't). Imagine him, very pale and smiling, saying "it makes no difference what men think of war -- war endures."
