FWIW, I was able to get the collector’s edition of the new Zelda game by paying $5 for a premium subscription to the app HotStock. Got it within a few days and then canceled my subscription. I bet that would work for PS5 too.
most expensive part is prolly a decent graphics card. i know you can use the "hotstock" app to get them at msrp at e.g. best buy if you're quick since otherwise you'd have to buy them on the open market where they're priced up
