American Christianity has been idolatry for a long time because they don't worship Christ as he was, but their own twisted idea of Christ conformed to their image. This is the natural, if acutely repulsive progression of that.

Donald Trump is a rapist, criminal, liar, cheat, insurrectionist, and overall immoral guy, but he receives little criticism from Christians. Why the hypocrisy? Trump is now preparing to sell a Bible with his name printed on the front of it. How is this not seen as idolatry by Christians?
