If you're looking for a really good app to use for squat workouts (I know, I know, paratroopers hate leg day), I highly recommend this app called "200 Squats." Add a bit of weight for each set, and it will smoke you. One 53lb kettlebell is enough to have me unhappy, but it works. #jellolegs
