The important caveat on moderation lists: make sure that the list owner has demonstrated that you can trust their judgement and you agree on the principle of the list. Moderation lists could help if there is content you don't wish to see, or content that is problematic. But they're not a cure all.
I do this with my students. I call it the word vomit draft. You get everything that you want out of you no matter how bad it is, then you can reorder/edit/improve later. I tell them that I expect it to be awful and there is no judgement on it.
