or in the winter event garu know that karu is gone because he found the "house" in a mess and evrything about karu is broken or gone and he isn't in his room...
i was thinking like when the truth go out and garu say "Karu don't want to talk to me about how he know rei"... and graphically in my mind was karu shutting the door and garu knock it in tears because he want know... same when garu now know and he didn't want to talk with karu either
esp considering they always describe eachother as sleeping (although obv it’s not like they have much other terminology to go with regardless i think it’s fun to hc off it as it is) i like picturing karu literally shuts himself in his room with a “NO GARUS ALLOWED” sign or something wwww
so it's not totally stupid. its canon that they don't share memories (this is why garu can't remember anything about the tortures) so i was guessing it. (This is because i'm writing about garu have a secret who can't share with karu so he close his "room")
