North: Conwy, Caernarvon, Beaumaris Mid: (the Wales, not the castle) Harlech South: Caerphilly, Kidwelly, Pembroke, Chepstow (special mention: Castell Coch - not a real castle but very pretty) there are literally hundreds more, but all of these are great

We're closer to Kidwelly and lately we've had alternate days of sunshine and rain so it may be an interesting challenge.
