my political take for the night Kustom should be forced by the national guard to start manufacturing the tuck and roll amps again the old ones, with the shitty transistor power amps that got really hot cranked they sound fucking incredible theyre loud enough to knock your fillings out, but man!

トラッキンってジャンルが出てきたのって70年代後半で、その頃いじくっていたピックアップっていうと新しめのCシリーズが多くて、古いやつはあんまり見かけなかった。カスタムの手法としては、それまでのホットロッドやKUSTOMの流れ。 これがバニングとセットみたいな形で輸入されて芸文社のカスタムCAR誌がそれ系の専門誌となるんだけど、当時の誌面を飾っていたのはといえばダットラの620と720。今みたいにクラウンやマスターラインいじくってる奴はほとんどいなかった。
