Let me add anecdotal evidence to this chart. I often ask car guys (sales people, mechanics, fleet managers) about which car brand is the most reliable. The only answers I’ve gotten are Toyota and Lexus. Source: https://buff.ly/3zJLRSo
“I made my money the old fashioned way…I got run over by a Lexus!” kills me everytime I think about it.

The bad knee part is tricky. We're done with sedans with seats you have to drop into. That pushes us into SUV/crossover territory. Add tinnitus and we need a quiet ride, too. Getting old sucks. The V6 in a Lexus RX 350 lasts forever. It's a good used option with moderately invasive tech.
We buy and keep cars for decades. There aren't many brands that meet that criteria now. The last gen Mazdas are supposed to be good. Newest have all new drivetrains. Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus last a long time. Buicks are getting good 3-yr reliability reviews. Ten years? I dunno.
I have no idea. We're shopping for cushy ride and reliable. I'm lanky and need legroom. The closest thing I know of to minimal tech in that category is the 2010-2021 Lexus GX 460. That's a body on frame 4x4 tank. Most domestic automakers have ditched entry level vehicles.
o lexus puto cmg pq eu to com o cheiro dos inimigos mortais dele
Miki Koyama Makes Super Taikyu History As apr Lexus Wins At Suzuka #SuperGT
The #31 apr Lexus RC F GT3 survived difficult conditions in Sunday’s Suzuka Super Taikyu 5 Hours Race to pick up its first win of the 2024 season. Kazuto Kotaka set the tempo early from pole position, co-drivers Hiroaki Nagai and Koki Saga carried that strength throughout the middle stages – and at the very
I thought Mercury for a moment but that’s too distant in all but boomer and GenX memories so I’d take Lincoln and add plug-ins with minimum 75 mi. EV range. Do a Mark IX Mustang clone to cut down on dev. cost and, please, a continental. I mean, Lexus, BMW, MB, etc. all offer sedans so one pls.?
