Today is Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement. I feel, on an indivual level, that I'm innocent of deep moral failings, merely regrets: that's why I've already eaten many things. True atonement for Jews now most in need of Hashem's lovingkindness would turn them inside out. #StopArmingIsrael

Lovingkindness, a heart-centered posture of curiosity and the assumption of positive intent. I still believe that literal magic happens when two people can hold this posture in while oriented toward one another.
