I find some success in meditating on what time I want to get up and why I don't like oversleeping. Its still wicked tough getting out of bed, but it helps to have those thoughts of "I really don't want to waste my day sleeping" present, even if I'm sad or something.
the thorny devil is also very cute with its permanent expression of sagelike wisdom and has the most metal binomial name available (moloch horridus). but can't do the blood thing, which is deeply unfair imo

I could never work out the two separate notebooks trick, so now mine go right in my regular journal. When it's time to start a new one I go thru & tab those I want to easily return to. (This took years of evolution--you'll find your own best fit!)
Exhausted while meditating? Focus on where the sensations are rooted, explore them, don't fight them & return to the breath #ArtOfBreathing
