the downside of taking allergy meds that actually work for me (+d) at night is it also keeps me awake
Yes, I think it was different meds. I have stopped taking them now. Hopefully, it shifts in the next few days. I feel ok. I know what I need to do, going forward. Trying to be more glass half full and not the other way. It's a process :)
3rd time this week I get back pain and bloat for no apparent reason makin me unable to sleep or sit or do anything idk if it's stress, season change or what but I desperately need the meds i've been avoiding purchasing (because $45 for medicine is a lot for us rn) but i am barely functioning

I see a lot of people sharing their opinions on psychiatric meds and how they made their symptoms worse. This is dangerous and shouldn't be heard. Yes everybody is different and what works for one may not another but never underestimate the benefits.
Oh god I'm sorry to hear about the meds being bad. That's the opposite of what they're supposed to do! I hope you start feeling better soon. Social media can be a cruel place but Bluesky tends to be very nice and welcoming.
No meds, no help, no respect, no rights. = Want to see Trans people erased, converted -.-, dead... They do not want Trans people to exist in any way shape or form. It is even more extreme I would say, than the horrors faced (and still ongoing), for Gay men.
