I mean...I think it's like how humans are primates but we're not doing ape stuff, like we see dudes get turned into pokemon and turn back just fine and they got a Meowth that talks human and shit so they gotta be same ballpark but I do think humans are the more evolved group
Meowth did immediately refute that though. Then there was the evil Togepi, and the Malamar who was brainwashing people... Idk where everyone is getting rape from that story though. The couple seemed to be quite in love.

The ONLY thing I agree with is short of some psychic types and Meowth, Pokemon can't explicitly give consent. That's the only hurdle.
