So I at least seem to be out of the very worst parts of this mega ME/CFS disaster that has taken up most of my September. But part of what's pulling me out of it is starting this micronutrient protocol that involves a ton of moving pieces. The idea is that it will fix various metabolic cycles--

As a 42 year old, yes. Unless you're very confident in the nutrient diversity of your diet taking a multivitamin is a good idea to avoid deficiency in a micronutrient you've never heard of.

Doesn't feel like anything has a point, don't know why I'm trying (even though I continue to try without knowing why--I've got a lot of reading to do and ordering of additional supplement things for the next step in this micronutrient protocol), just...not great. Alone, isolated, purposeless.
