The wife of a friend is a “hypnobirthing practitioner” thinks that childbirth is over medicalised and we don’t need all the equipment, drugs etc. The hypnobirthers want to be allowed to call themselves midwives. Related: my daughter would be dead if not for a proper midwife and an ambulance.
