My analysis: human society can't adequately address climate change without addressing wealth inequality and militarism. So, basically, we're fucked.

Bank Gothic. It's a century old, but it feels like it was invented in the early 2000s. Just an aesthetic of creeping cultural militarism, IMO

It also doesn’t matter, because she’s the same policies as Trump and Biden of militarism and genocide.

The neocons are basically Democrats at this point, and the Evangelicals are pro-Israel as an extension of general foreign policy militarism rather than forming a real Russia-and-Israel bloc.

Oh, but wait, congress won't do that because they're the ones handing our money over to unethical militarism while pocketing cash from their own defense industry stocks.

At the VP Debate, Neither Candidate Spoke Up for Peace jacobin.com/2024/10/vp-d... Both "major" parties are as one on basic 1% rule...meaning endless war, militarism, racism, & continued destruction of our natural environment. So...enjoy your 2-party farce.

At last night’s vice presidential debate, Tim Walz spoke eloquently and passionately on abortion rights. But on Israel, Palestine, and Iran, he might as well have been J. D. Vance.

Listening to Khansa again 🇱🇧 www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1k1...

Throughout history, nations built on bloodshed and war have ultimately collapsed.
No empire sustained by violence and injustice can endure indefinitely.
Today, we see a world plagued by deep division, extreme economic inequality, rampant militarism, and crumbling infrastructures, with unaffordable healthcare, housing, and education.
The cracks are evident, and it's hard to imagine how such a flawed system can persist.
Israel, too, with its long history of oppressing Palestinians and inflicting suffering on the Arabs and Lebanese, has built its power on injustice.
Despite the feeling of powerlessness, we cling to the hope that we will live to see the fall of such oppressive regimes.
In the end, no nation founded on terror and violence can stand the test of time, and justice always finds its way.
