There are no lithium mines anywhere in the storm area, but we do have a few too many nasty asphalt plants in my county, so if the feds want those, they can have them. So please, stop spreading disinformation; you are causing real harm to these mountain communities and we can't have that right now.
What matters is working in the coding mines to make them more money.

There's "FEMA is inept," which I loathe but which is at least within the Overton window, and "FEMA is going to expropriate all these towns and turn them into lithium mines for EV batteries." And I'm seeing way more of the latter than I'd like.
