Agreed. As someone who has personally experienced transphobia and mistreatment based on perceived social status within fandom spaces there's definitely still room for improvement. Love this fandom but it's definitely not perfect.

It's a unspoken hazing dynamic when workers lower on the hierarchy are expected to tolerate mistreatment, harassment Ect. Because the inferred message is that when u get to a certain point of professionalism, that u have protection. And it's all apart of the process.
