from my *very* brief research, wivrn seems to be more of its own thing/a fork of monado, whereas alvr just uses steamvr as its runtime. i found lvra.gitlab.io which seems to be a GREAT resource for this kind of stuff

6) Xenoblade is my favorite JRPG I've ever played. Its expansive worlds are gorgeous, its characters wonderful, its UK dub is hammy in all the right ways as well as genuinely great, the music is INCREDIBLE... And I love this game's plot so much. Feels like it changed me.
