Mozzarella legit scares me. The resident teen has trouble swallowing. His dietician suspects (but can’t diagnose) EoE.
Made a Margherita pizza using my sourdough starter. Wish my oven was able to get a bit hotter so that it would bake faster and the mozzarella chunks wouldn’t spread, but it was pretty tasty!
As someone who has apparently not mastered the art of swallowing food, I always half expect my partner to pull out scissors when I eat mozzarella sticks to keep me from choking to death on a cheese pull.
