Existem muitos significados pros dois, falar a verdade nunca encontrei uma lésbica mspec (que significa multi spectrum e não male spectrum) ou lesboy que se definem da mesma maneira que outros, pra mim é uma parte pessoal da identidade da pessoa, não tem muito oque entender é só respeitar.
