I recently saw a similar design from a company called "Rubber's Finest" and really liked the idea. Like a NeckCorset combined with a hood and pushed to the extreme, making it near impossible for the wearer to move its head and look anywhere else than straight ahead.
Different concept for an armbinder, integrated with a neckcorset. Add a latex catsuit and thigh-high high-heels because why not.
