Mega Man 5 is easily my favorite Mega Man on the NES! I watched my big brother play through all of Okage. It's an extremely special game, they don't really make them like they used to.

okage shadow king is a game that has many little issues that would make certain people go 'hmm...bad game??? bad game???' but the art, music, story, dialogue, character designs, are all things i fell in love with. it makes me think we should be kinder to games.
Okage got me with one of the funniest encounters I've seen in an RPG. Ran into the "Bad Poetry Golem" which is the final dungeon's version of a Metal Slime from Dragon Quest. See: Hard to hit, will run if prompted, but gives insane EXP/Gold. The twist is, that golem stole 100,000 Gold and ran.
haha yeah I think that might be it. I knew there was some print ad for Dark Cloud that took shots at zelda. There might have been another one that said "better than Ocarina of Time". Man, those were the days. I just mostly remember my local game store had huge Dark Cloud and Okage posters up
