Strong memory of lying on the floor having to manually breathe for hours. Don’t think anybody I knew had heard of Naloxone. This was before the opioid epidemic. Puts things in perspective thinking of a friend that a few years before then OD’d immediately after being in rehab. Opioids are evil

I also really don't care for the opioid crisis storyline, it's bad enough that the show didn't really convince me that this new painkiller was bad because people in immense pain had to take a lot of it, the CGI bodies raining from the sky were so fake I laughed I'm sorry I can't take it seriously.

I did have to discuss with the doctor because of all the warnings not to take Cocodomol long term because Codeine is an opioid etc but thankfully I seem to have acclimatised to it/ am taking a low enough dose that I don’t seem to be getting any of the side effects
