I complain about crutches a lot, and they suck. But... A year ago I was BMI obese. I've been losing weight and was back in the BMI overweight range (my normal range). Today I looked in the mirror. I have the start of a "six pack." Turns out I just needed to work out 16 hours a day for 5 weeks.🤷♂️

My biggest problem is getting her exercises. I put her litter box at one end of the house and the food at the other so she has to go back and forth. Catnip toys. I'm really trying it can't be healthy to be that overweight.
