Sometimes I’m amazed at how far the -Tober concept has gone. JB3 doesn’t post his art online anymore and no one will give him credit for coming up with owltober long before any other iterations. History doesn’t give a shit about who comes up with concepts, just how to make money off of it.

I'm working as an artist, so usually I take a break in October, but some of Tobers are tempting, like ORCTOBER, or OINKTOBER or BORGTOBER for Star Trek fans (I love DS9) or OWLTOBER ( I dig owls because of David Lynch's Twin Peaks ) so I'll probably join from time to time

I'll probably won't have time to take part in all these 'tobers' that are coming [I draw all year at work, so gimme a break!] but ORCTOBER, OINKTOBER and OWLTOBER are probably most tempting ones... not to mention BORGTOBER 🖖
