Nobody else seems to make an extra small either. The Oxballs tails small is utterly terrifying to my poor tender little butthole. So the square peg extra small or small are basically my options. XD
The larger bulbous plugs are actually more comfortable than small and pointy IMO, even if they're harder to get in. My favorite is Oxballs' small, which is others' medium to large.
