sorry about your painday bud. my way comes and goes these days but mostly at bay as i have this pink mask to express myself and relieve tension. will be part of my life forever though will always have five percent pain thats my way and thats okay i am still so happy to trot

tbh today is a grrrreat painday (as in, almost none?) i went dry again on some of my chemicals, but the tension is more manageable than ever -- been able to ward off one or two headache attacks, i can actually feel the tension ramping up and head it off before it gets bad
