Quit work early yesterday because of a pain flair and then painsomnia and my stupid brain kept me up into the almost morning. I’m beyond grateful for an understanding employer and the protection of FMLA. But my brain is so fuzzy atm that even knitting is too much and I hate that more than anything.

Well guess I am in a lot more pain than I thought, housemate just checked on me cause they could hear me moaning from the pain. Yeah so things are going great tonight. Complete painsomnia, don’t have anything strong enough to take, cough is trying to return, and I just want to sleep.

Nachdem ich geträumt habe das der Mibewo einen nervigen Hund hat bin ich mit diesem Rückenweh aufgewacht. #painsomnia ,schon wieder. Das kostet wieder so viele Löffel.
