When I asked them (one of whom is a Mexican immigrant) about Trump's "poisoning the blood" comments, they did quite the pivot. Turns out "poison" meant "less virtuous" and "blood" meant "constitution". So I guess Trump speaks in coded parables. Wish I had that 10 minutes of my life back.

There's a stand at the Latino fair registering people to vote, and of course two ppl were harassing them about supposedly making it easier for non-citizens to vote. I made the mistake of intervening. It was like a Facebook conversation come to life. Their arguing tactics are designed to exhaust you.
