It's still so strange to me that while Dems get upset about the partisan disaster relief direction under Trump, conservatives are hearing today on talk radio that federal relief is not being deployed to NC & TN after Hurricane Helene. Completely different info silos. Completely different reporting.

Exactly And voters are NOT going to put up with that anymore It’s clear this is how Labor has merged with the LNP IPA and when Dutton says “bi-partisan support” that we all know what that means Party politics in this country has discredited themselves A party vote is a betrayal to all of us

Franken’s books back in Bush II era recognized and diagnosed the problem: for decades the GOP has railed against the “liberal bias” of media so loud that people believe it’s a real thing: the original big lie. And all the networks bend backwards and distort reality to avoid appearing “partisan”.

It's true! It's true!

Yellow print on brown background says: Fact checking wouldn't seem partisan if it wasn't always the same side lying over and over again.

Yeah, it's a mixed bag. National got too rich, too fast post 2016, and did little. The state orgs vary: the ACLU-DE does great work, but their theory of politics - as expressed in this message from a non-profit partner org that *also* has to be legally non-partisan – leaves much to be desired.

Chutkan "brief repeatedly accuses the government of bad-faith partisan bias. These accusations, for which Defendant provides no support, continue a pattern of defense filings focusing on political rhetoric rather than addressing the legal issues at hand" www.newsweek.com/donald-trump...

I agree. This is stupid and what is the point of having a central government if its decisions can be overruled by partisan judges?

Just a bunch of asshole judges who have more power than the President apparently. Great way to run a country, the Judicial Branch is controlled by a bunch of blatant partisan hacks who basically have full rein over the administrative state
