It's great to see this addressed in a robust way. Really nice work. 2 years trying to isolate lytic phage directly from faeces convinced me they were not abundant in lumen. I was overjoyed to see plaques of lytic phage from gut mucosa (i.e. biofilm) samples on first attempt 18 months into work.
