I mean it could be, but bc of France/Germany's restrictions, its gonna be a while before they'll be included. Otherwise I could open, it'd just be really expensive for the buyer until I get PirateShip running for me.
To address more questions about me opening to international folks; it's a big up front cost to get started, so its not something in my immediate future. While I know of a way around the absurd fees ( PirateShip ), the things needed to make it happen are currently not things I can afford to buy
😔 I understand that! Shipping is awful.. The only way I can think of getting around it is PirateShip ( I haven't tried them yet, but I do know people who have used it! )
Backerkit doesn’t add on any shipping fees unless the shipper buys postage from them, in which case they charge the shipper the same amount Stripe charges them for transaction fees. We started buying our postage from Pirateship because they negotiate with the carriers for better rates.

UPS 1-2 day is pretty much the only service i'll use for important things. USPS loses or misroutes at least 1 parcel per 5 i mail, even express. i use UPS via pirateship and it's dirt cheap for next day or 2 day shipping. (stay away from ground- maybe that's what they were referring to)
