Maybe because Ex-PWHPA players pretend to stand for something and sign for another. They (the leading members) are traitors of their ideal.
Ever since the PWHPA formed, there was a very vocal group who openly shat on them and pretended the PHF was amazing. They thought they were a majority, but now that the PWHL has exploded they are getting drowned out and are shocked to see what women's hockey can really be. Lol
