I am likely unable to attend QEDcon now but I have already booked a hotel room and it’s non-refundable 🥲 Does anyone want the room for £330? - Booked into the Mercure (the venue) - twin room with 2 single beds - check in Friday 18th October - check out Monday 21st October (3 nights)

I hit my 50th birthday last week, so digging through old memories. There’ll be QEDCON brochures somewhere too.

Three of the talks I've been to at QEDcon have been on various forms of misogyny and how it influences zoology, the wellness industry and the rise of the manosphere. Grim stuff, but it's what's got to be tackled.
