If you’re starting seeds like this, between two pieces of wet paper towel and two plates, then you gotta check that it’s damp still twice a day. Yesterday the seed shown with tweezers hadn’t even cracked. This morning it had a one inch radicle because I put the plates half onto the heat mat 🌱

24 hours ago these seeds were all under the surface I start my seeds in wet paper towels until the root (radicle) is about this long before carefully transplanting into soil Now they’re sat on a heat mat we’ve already got three that have broken surface and have first leaves forming

Yeah I think it’s always best to pop them and transplant into soil once the radicle is out. Less chance of them not making it. These are in 10l pots which I’ll grow em all the way through in. I used to pop the 10l clump into a larger pot but the difference in yield is so negligible

I have decided to fiddle around with Radicle and here's my first repository. Apparently it's already seeded by 27 nodes, so um. Wow. app.radicle.xyz/nodes/ash.radicle.garden/rad:zpAhTyE29tEu7PQQCE6gExohnKNW I actually really, really like the web UI AND the CLI. Yeah, you can manage the entire […]

Hello, I am interested in contributing to improving Radicle. Is the team presently interested in receiving more help with engineering and/or presentation/marketing?

So my skepticism is right. Apparently some crypto grifters, Radworks, are funding Radicle development (and probably hosting for the primary seed servers). Are they using Radicle to launder money (no way in hell this thing needs $7b)? Only Umogeth the Omniscient knows! The tech is still really […]

The #Radicle forge system is certainly interesting. I am skeptical, it looks like some kind of Web3/blockchain shit, but it _is_ based entirely on Git and a custom gossip protocol to handle the peer-to-peer stuff. And the web-app looks pretty. It's also not built by a corporation so that's good […]

#radicle
