I'm really baffled that people choose to move into apartments infested with rats and mold, don't they know those things are bad for you?

At the dumpster at my apartment I've never seen a rat, but we have stray cats. So, I'm guessing any rats are in their bellies along with people's leftovers, & the cat food I see people leave them. 😄

I'm seeing a lot more of them and its vanilla, no mods. It's cool if also creepy. But we've had rats at our dumpsters at the condo I live at in RL so guess it makes sense :P
