Yes I recognize that this borders on the thing forum people love to point out where you can do all of that on digital too if you just show some self-restraint but that's not how my spoons work. Sometimes that hard limit on what I can do and what I'm passively evaluating as photos is important.
If you take the time to listen to right wing supporters of Israel in media, those who cheer on Bibi and Likud, they regularly mention Trump and Bibi being in agreement on ideas like annexing Gaza and attacking Iran’s nuclear sites. They blame Biden for withholding MOAB bombs and urging restraint.
Admire my restraint, folks. Just getting home after a long meandering train journey with many problems. And this is the only social media post about it. I know people bang on about mindfulness but it really does help to remind yourself of impermanence. And step back from strong feelings.
