I came here to brag about my first ever rhubarb pie and how I totally nailed it. Like damn I'm sorry it was really good. I loosely followed a recipe, but added cold butter to the crust, fresh lemon, a tiny bit of ginger, anise and cinnamon.
It's still harvest time! That big baby was HIDING OUT and I just found him today. Elecampane has been spreading on our property--getting some honey going for winter coughs.
