This is the 2017 edition of John Coster-Mullen’s self-published book. I don’t know if anything changed in subsequent editions. He, in turn, cites Chuck Hansen’s self-published CD-ROM as the source for the enrichment percentages (the page number for that citation does not match the version I have).
